Disgraceful treatment of long standing customers

Here is my own relation of my own experiences over the
last 14 months with my high street Moneygrabbers, whom I have
been with 26 years.

I have gone through complaints procedure, with no results.
I have written to the Chairman, who despite being asked
to reply himself, perhaps understandably delegated a computer
problematic query to accountancy perusal.

Again swept under the carpet.

I have since sent a second letter to the Chairman,
recorded delivery, in May, which no one has even
bothered to take the time to acknowledge, let alone
reply to. It is now July 18th.

This letter stated I would go to court, I am now going to
court as I dont see why all of us should be treated like
fools and fobbed off with excuses and no action when
there are plainly detectable errors happening, for
which they seem to not want to know or acknowledge,
let alone recompense. We dont have the luxury of
being able to ignore their demands.

I have been with my branch for 26 years, yet I am now
at the whims of their computer, which seems omnipotent,
and is in some cases truly Unoverulable.

I have been treated with incompetence and indifference
unless it is a matter of monies in, where they are very
streamlined and efficient, wheras monies out to me, and
services to me are poor at best, and laughable at worst,
if it were not my money that was being messed about
with no apology, rectification or recompense.

The Chairmans department cant even be bothered to
even reply to a recorded delivery stating if they did nothing
I would take them to court.

The high street moneylenders are taking their customer base
for granted giving poor interest on savings and high penalties
on what are often their own computer errors.

They are also taking 4 days to credit a cheque, 4 days to
do an electronic transfer that should take seconds, and
processing debits before credits on the same day.

I predict, though this may sound inconceivable now,
that in five years time, at least half of the high street
big players will have ceased to exist, as no business
can ignore their customers and treat them like fools
and survive in that level of blinkered complacency.
